(Gas Fired) 2 Group Head Espresso Coffee Machine
The classic Ariete has long been a gas fired favourite. Available as a semi-automatic two group machine the three kilo solid brass Group Heads with infusion-extraction system produce an espresso rarely enjoyed from a gas fired model.
If it has to be gas, then the gas fired Ariete or Palanca are great machines - just remember an electricity source will be necessary to power the pump and the auto-level, say 150 - 200 watts. An "inverter" powered off a car battery usually does the trick by stepping up from 12v to 220/230, and producing some 200 watts. These machines are supplied without a pump as there is usually a pumped water supply available.
