The Futurmat Ruby is a non plumbed one group espresso machine which produces Barista quality coffee, and is great for commercial or domestic use.
At just 31cm wide, it offers a commercial standard group, group handle, steam tap and hot water outlet. The volumetric touchpad offers programmable dosing for single and double shots and also for manual dosing. What's not to love about this machine?

There is an easy to remove drip tray that has a float to indicate when it's full.
