Blended from a superb selection of only the finest coffee beans from only the best origins, traditional Venetian roasting methods give Segafredo Senza the perfect aroma and full bodied flavour you would expect from a classic Segafredo blend.
Only the best and 100% washed Arabica beans are used in the process of slowly and gently roasting the "Senza" coffee. Using this old traditional method of roasting the beans ensures bitter acidity is extracted from the beans leaving behind a fine acidity structure which is crucial to the perfect coffee.

Segafredo's decaffeinating process is applied to the green coffee beans and uses carbon dioxide, a natural element which we breathe in every day. The CO2 particles, pushed at a very high pressure (over 180 atmospheres; the so called “extremely critical” status), bind with those of the caffeine. Reinstating the Standard pressure, the CO2 volatilises together with the caffeine.
